Frank thought he was done learning. But thanks to Lone, he found new confidence to continue. After years of working in communications, he followed his childhood dream and became a bus driver. With the help of Doorzaam's allowances, he took a course in "Strategic Communication Consulting. We rode a piece of the bus with Frank to hear his story.

Recently we visited James' workshop. James had to flee to the Netherlands because of the war in Ukraine. Before that he studied in Kiev for his master's degree, but he could not complete it. This left him without a diploma. He didn't feel like sitting still and soon found himself at sorting company RSC Schiphol. There, partly thanks to Doorzaam, he obtained an mbo certificate.
