Marcel works in large green spaces and has taken courses such as Nature Conservation and Working Safely on the Road. Thanks to Doorzaam, he can do his job well and safely.

We visited him at his workplace to see how he applies his new knowledge in practice.

Diana

Diana works in engineering and was able to take a course with Doorzaam to increase her technical knowledge. She can now read technical drawings and feels more confident in her work as a documentalist.

With the compensation from Doorzaam, Tony grew to become a foreman.

Tony works as a temporary employee on a large renovation project in Zeist. Thanks to Doorzaam, he was given the opportunity to continue developing himself and expand his professional knowledge. Frank thought he was done learning. But thanks to Lone, he found new confidence to continue. After years of working in communications, he followed his childhood dream and became a bus driver. An interview with temporary worker James. A refugee from Ukraine

Recently we visited James' workshop. James had to flee to the Netherlands because of the war in Ukraine. Before that he studied in Kiev for his master's degree, but he could not complete it. This left him without a diploma. He didn't feel like sitting still and soon found himself at sorting company RSC Schiphol. There, partly thanks to Doorzaam, he obtained an mbo certificate.
