Whether you are just starting out as a temporary worker or have been working for years, we are here to support you. Our goal is to promote the sustainable employability of temporary workers. This means being physically and mentally fit, having your finances in order, and being language and digital literate.

So you can better keep up with changes in the job market, which increases your job prospects and improves the quality of your work. And you can arrange all this by taking a training course, for example. Retraining yourself for another profession is also possible.

We can help you regain insight into your finances by employing a budget coach. If you suffer from stress, we offer a 6-week training to work on this.

And all for free. Because Doorzaam is there for you. So you can work healthy, safe and skilled.

What budgets are available?

Through Doorzaam, you can apply for various reimbursements, such as:

• Budget for training or education, by using the Schooling Voucher or the Development Budget
• A training course 'Less Stress, More Energy'
• Retraining to another profession (Job Opportunity Budget)
• Help with your financial matters with a budget coach

Doorzaam is not a training organization. We don't provide training or courses ourselves. But we do help you make training possible. We do this by offering support and budgets.
