Who funds Doorzaam
Doorzaam is funded by payments to the Social Fund for the Temporary Employment Industry (SFU) from temporary employment agencies as part of their collective bargaining obligations.
Social Fund for the Temporary Employment Industry (SFU).
This funding allows us to offer services to temporary workers. Thus, Doorzaam's budgets are truly free for you as a temporary worker. This is possible because agency organizations contribute to the SFU and because there are spending obligations for these organizations. Nothing is deducted from your salary.
Obligation of employment agencies
A temporary employment agency has the obligation to spend 1.02% of the actual wages of temporary workers in phase A (1 and 2) each year to promote the sustainable employability of temporary workers. The temporary employment agency must pay the portion of that 1.02% that is not spent on promoting the sustainable employability of the temporary workers to Doorzaam.
Temporary employment agencies are thus obliged to spend a budget on promoting the sustainable employability of temporary workers. They decide how and to whom they spend this budget. Ask your employment agency what options are available to you, or check out the budgets on this website.
