Take horticultural training or courses with Doorzaam

Doorzaam offers four different allowances with which you can develop in agriculture or horticulture. These are the Kansberoepbudget, the Nederlands Taalbudget, the Ontwikkelbudget and the Scholingsvoucher.
If you are a temporary worker, you can take advantage of these allowances without obligation. It doesn't matter if you want to do training, personal development or retraining. As long as it contributes to your development. We will support you every step of the way so that you can get the best out of yourself and make a valuable contribution to the landscape of the Netherlands.
Tips for working sustainably in horticulture

Under personal guidance of a coach who examines what education or training suits you. As a temporary employee you can go in many directions within horticulture, but also as a gardener in green maintenance or as a team leader.

Answers to frequently asked questions
Do I have a personal training budget?
Temporary employment agencies are required by the collective bargaining agreement to spend a budget on promoting the sustainable employability of temporary workers. They are free to decide how and to whom they spend this budget. As a temporary worker, you can of course ask what opportunities the agency has available for you. You may also be eligible for one of the allowances on this website.
Who is the Job Opportunity Budget for?
The Job Opportunity Budget is available for temporary workers who are currently working or worked as temporary workers no longer than four weeks ago. This budget is intended for temporary workers who want to retrain or upskill for a promising profession and are not educated beyond MBO-4 level.
Who is the Dutch Language Budget for?
The Dutch Language Budget is for temporary workers who have not yet mastered or insufficiently mastered the Dutch language. Status holders for whom the temporary employment agency is in the process of mediation and where there are job prospects are also eligible.
Who funds Doorzaam?
Doorzaam is funded by payments to the Social Fund for the Temporary Employment Industry (SFU), which come from temporary employment agencies as part of their collective bargaining obligations.
What courses can I take?
Doorzaam is not a training organization. We do not provide training or courses ourselves. But we do help you make training possible. We do this by offering budgets.
