Een Mentaal fit programma

Daarom bieden wij speciaal voor uitzendkrachten een Mentaal fit programma, zodat ook jij aan de slag kunt met je mentale gezondheid.

Tijdens het Mentaal fit programma krijg je praktische tips en oefeningen waarmee je direct aan de slag kunt.

Het programma duurt 6 weken. Via een app besteed je elke dag 15 minuten aan jezelf. In deze app wordt bijgehouden hoe je scoort op slaap, ademhaling, voeding, beweging en mindset. Een 1-op-1 coach zorgt er vervolgens voor dat je er weer helemaal tegenaan kunt.
