The SNCU is the Foundation for Compliance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Temporary Workers. The SNCU ensures that your temporary agency worker organization complies with the rules. And offers a place for temporary workers to ask questions about all kinds of topics related to your contract. Do you have questions about your wages, days off, sick leave or other terms and conditions of employment? Then you can contact the SNCU for these.
What does the SNCU do?
The Foundation for Compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Temporary Workers (SNCU):
- Verifies that your temporary employer complies with the terms and conditions of employment established for temporary workers.
- Educates and explains to temporary workers about their terms and conditions of employment.
- Is the hotline for anyone who thinks the rules are not being properly followed.
The SNCU was created in 2004 by unions and temporary employment agencies so that temporary workers have an independent party for information about wages, leave, sickness, pensions or their contract.
