As a temporary worker, you may have many questions about your contract. For example, do you receive the right hourly wage? What about your vacation pay? Are you a temporary worker and do you have questions about this? Then contact the SNCU, the Foundation for Compliance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Temporary Workers.

De SNCU

De SNCU is de Stichting Naleving CAO Uitzendkrachten. De SNCU zorgt ervoor dat jouw uitzendorganisatie zich aan de regels houdt. En biedt een plek voor uitzendkrachten om vragen te stellen over allerlei thema’s die te maken hebben met jouw contract. Heb je vragen over je loon, vrije dagen, ziekteverlof of andere arbeidsvoorwaarden? Dan kun je hiervoor dus terecht bij de SNCU.

Wat doet de SNCU?

De Stichting Naleving Cao voor Uitzendkrachten (SNCU):

Controleert of jouw uitzendwerkgever zich houdt aan de arbeidsvoorwaarden die zijn opgesteld voor uitzendkrachten.
Geeft voorlichting en uitleg aan uitzendkrachten over hun arbeidsvoorwaarden.
Is het meldpunt voor iedereen die denkt dat de regels niet goed worden nageleefd.

De SNCU is in 2004 opgericht door de vakbonden en uitzendorganisaties, zodat uitzendkrachten een onafhankelijke partij hebben voor voorlichting over loon, verlof, ziekte, pensioen of hun contract.
